Post-Operative Home Care Service

Our short-term Post-Operative Home Care Services are designed to help anyone recovering at home from a surgery or procedure. We will refer a Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Companion to assist with services that will be useful during your surgery recovery time at home.

Post-Operative Services:

• Meal preparation

• Prescription pickup

• Medication reminders

• Travel with you to and from the surgical center for the procedure, as well as follow-up appointments, and physical therapy appointments

• Light housekeeping

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting

• Assistance with walking and transferring (to bed, chair, etc.)

• Overnight care
